The graphics are excellent, though I have to fault it on sound effects. Colours, too, are not quite realistic.
Pimania is an original and amusing game, and worth the outlay, especially taking into account the possibility that you might be the one to find the Golden Sundial.
Castle Of Riddles (Acorn Electron)
If you are prepared to devote the time, it can provide days of entertainment, but if you prefer the Mirror to The Times, stick to Frogger.
The real design success of the program is its support of up to four joysticks... It's a very social arcade game.
A well-presented program... but a weak substitute for the real thing - which incidentally costs about the same.
Problem Solving In Basic - A Guide For Beginners (Commodore Pet)
An ideal study aid, working logically through an introduction to programming and offering sufficient reward in the way of graphics and games to maintain interest among junior programmers.
Learning To Use The ZX81 Computer (Sinclair ZX81)
Well illustrated with photographs, drawings and diagrams which make the text easy to read and understand.
Enhancing Your Apple II Vol 1 (Apple II)
An essential addition to the library of any Apple-owner who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty.
Computer Bluff (Spectrum 48K/128K)
Contains a truly magic 'grilling guide' at the end. This is designed to stop eager salespeople flogging you equipment you don't need.
