Our apologies to any reader who bought Chartpack-64 on the strength of our review (issue 73), and finds they can't use it as they wanted.

The article implies the program can product graphs from a spreadsheet - we should have pointed out that the spreadsheet must be Visacalc. Secondly, while there may be a special version for Epson printer owners, you still need an expensive printer interface, because the program overwrites the user area in which you may have set up a printer driver using the user port.

The moral of this unfortunate tale is "check carefully with your software supplier about hardware and software compatibility before buying."
