Super Kick Off
The greatest soccer game ever is scheduled to hit the Game Gear and it looks like being one of the best versions so far! Utilising much the same code as the Sega Master System version, this game promises to have all the features and game logic of the original Amiga version of Kick Off 2.
As you can see from the early pre-production Game Gear screenshots, the graphics are very faithful to the Amiga version, but perhaps the game's greatest asset is the speed - Game Gear Super Kick Off actually runs faster than the home Master System version!
This is due to the fact that the Game Gear's internal circuitry is programmed to emulate a Japanese Master System - which runs about 17% faster than a British one!
No release date has been set yet for the release of this potentially classic sports simulation, but from what we've seen so far it looks like being the best Game Gear game ever!
