Extra Space In Spectrum Memory

I was writing a 16K program for my Spectrum and just as I tried to enter some machine code, I found I was out of memory space. After some puzzling, I POKEd the code into the printer buffer (locations 23296 to 23552). This gives an extra 256 bytes of memory.
