The Way Of The Exploding Fist

At long last, The Way Of The Exploding Fist has finally reached C16 owners. However, for those of you expecting something as addictive as the other versions then prepare to be a little disappointed.

The major problem with this game is the infuriating movement restriction that prevents you from doing moves such as the flying kick to the head or the forward and backward somersault. When playing in the one-player mode it can become particularly frustrating. Having reached 5th Dan status, the next computer opponent is, it seems, twice as fast and almost impossible to beat without the help of the somersault, kick, etc... so the game becomes increasingly annoying.

Apart from this great irritation it is a good adaptation of the game with nice graphics and a very good joystick response.
