Cecil Plays 21

Introduction
------------
In Cecil Plays 21, you have but one aim - to beat Cecil.

To do this, you must try to reach a high score by placing a bet and allowing him to deal you a number of cards. Cecil will also deal cards to himself.

Your cards are shown at the top of the screen; Cecil's are shown at the bottom.

After each card is dealt, you must add up the total units (i.e. a 7 and a 3 will equal 10) and decide whether to Twist or Stick. If you Twist, another card is dealt to you. If you Stick then Cecil's turns over his cards and you see if you have managed to score more or less than him.

You must not allow yourself to be dealt a card which takes the total number of units over 21.

Scoring
-------
You choose how much to bet each game. You begin with $100 stake money.

If you accumulate exactly 21 points, you will win treble your stake.

If you accumulate a five card trick, you will win five times your stake.
